
Policies and Procedures

Casslake Offroad Powersports has the right to change policies and procedures at any given time.

Customers MUST fill out Customer Information Form, and be informed of our hourly rate and their place in line for repairs.

Repairs are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a customer needs an expedited repair, a $100 fee will be added to their total bill

We can not be held liable for damage incurred during diagnostic procedures or fire, theft, and/or loss due to conditions beyond our control.

CLOP is not responsible for any delays in repair due to shipping and/or back-ordered/out-of-stock parts.

Customer grants CLOP and its employees and subcontractors, permission to operate the Equipment on streets, highways, or elsewhere for testing and inspection purposes.

If a customer drops off a vehicle and doesn’t communicate about billing or parts inquiries, a storage fee of $25/day will be applied to their bill after 15 days.

Our hourly rate - $120/hr - is non-negotiable. The rate applies to ALL types of vehicles dropped off for service.

Diagnosis fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This will be labeled on your bill and you will be charged according to how extensive your diagnosis was. $60 for a brief diagnosis (30 minutes) or $120 for a comprehensive diagnosis (1hr).

A 50% deposit is required on all invoices so that parts can be ordered.

Paid in full status is REQUIRED to be able to pick up your vehicle.

There will be a $50 fee for returned checks.

There will be a $45 cleaning fee for excessively dirty or muddy vehicles.

Deadlines cannot be promised due to the unknown nature of some jobs. However, we will try our best to meet your needs.
